Shangri-La Luxury Circle is the preferred-partner programme of the Shangri-La Group. Booked through an accredited adviser such as ATraveller, it adds a guaranteed one-category upgrade, daily breakfast, a hotel credit, a welcome amenity and priority early check-in and late check-out.

Yes. Luxury Circle offers a one-category upgrade guaranteed at the time of booking, rather than left to availability on arrival. It is applied individually by each property and is sometimes limited to certain room categories.

Yes. Daily breakfast for two is complimentary, and unlike Virtuoso or Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts, where breakfast is usually served in the restaurant and in-room dining is often charged or excluded, Luxury Circle breakfast can be taken as room service at no extra charge.

Luxury Circle guests receive a $100 hotel credit per stay at participating hotels, or $50 at select properties in mainland China.

Yes. Shangri-La Circle points and status accrue exactly as they would through any other booking channel.

Yes. Luxury Circle guests receive priority for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability on the day.

Yes. Each participating hotel arranges a considered welcome amenity, chosen by the property, for your arrival.

No. Luxury Circle bookings are made at the hotel’s own rate, with the benefits added at the same rate as booking direct. ATraveller does not charge a service fee.

Luxury Circle applies at participating Shangri-La hotels worldwide, including Shangri-La Paris, Shangri-La The Shard, London and Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. We confirm eligibility for your chosen hotel when you enquire.

Each property applies the upgrade individually and some limit it to certain room categories. We confirm exactly which upgrade your booking qualifies for at the time of booking.

At the same rate, Luxury Circle adds a guaranteed upgrade, daily breakfast, a hotel credit and a welcome amenity, while your Shangri-La Circle points and status continue to accrue as normal.

Often, yes. If you have already booked directly with the hotel or through another website, contact us before you travel. In many cases we can move the reservation to a Luxury Circle booking and add the benefits to your existing stay. Whether this is possible depends on the hotel and the type of rate booked, as prepaid and non-refundable reservations are not always transferable, so we check every booking individually.
