The Peninsula PenClub

PenClub is the preferred-partner programme of The Peninsula Hotels. Booked through an accredited adviser such as ATraveller, it adds a guaranteed one-category upgrade, guaranteed early check-in and late check-out ("Peninsula Time"), daily breakfast, a hotel credit and a welcome amenity to your stay.

Yes. Unlike most preferred-partner programmes, PenClub guarantees a one-category upgrade at the time of booking. It is applied individually by each property and is sometimes limited to certain room categories, with the specifics confirmed at booking.

Peninsula Time is PenClub’s second guarantee: check-in from as early as 6am and check-out as late as 10pm, provided arrival and departure times are given at least 24 hours ahead. Blackout dates apply.

If your room category is not yet ready, PenClub guests are offered a hospitality room so they can rest and refresh. Blackout dates apply.

Yes. Daily breakfast for two is included every morning of the stay.

PenClub guests receive a credit of $100 or more per stay, usable on property at participating hotels.

Yes. Every PenClub hotel arranges a considered welcome amenity, chosen by the property, for your arrival.

No. PenClub bookings are made at the hotel’s own rate, with the benefits added at the same rate as booking direct. ATraveller does not charge a service fee.

PenClub benefits apply at participating Peninsula hotels worldwide, including London, Hong Kong, Paris and Istanbul. We confirm the details for your chosen hotel when you enquire.

PenClub carries the highest upgrade priority of any platform and, unusually, guarantees both the upgrade and the early check-in and late check-out, where most programmes offer these only subject to availability.

Book through a PenClub adviser and share your estimated arrival and departure times at least 24 hours in advance. We pass these to the hotel for you, so Peninsula Time is in place before you travel.

Yes. Peninsula Time is designed for exactly that: with check-in from 6am and check-out until 10pm, a one-night stay can give you almost two full days at the hotel, subject to blackout dates.

The one-category upgrade is applied by each property and is sometimes limited to certain room categories. We confirm exactly what your booking qualifies for at the time of booking.

Yes. Let us know the occasion when booking and we will share it with the hotel, so that the welcome amenity and arrangements reflect it.

Often, yes. If you have already booked directly with the hotel or through another website, contact us before you travel. In many cases we can move the reservation to a PenClub booking and add the benefits to your existing stay. Whether this is possible depends on the hotel and the type of rate booked, as prepaid and non-refundable reservations are not always transferable, so we check every booking individually.
