Can I add Accor HERA benefits to a booking I have already made?
Often, yes. If you have already booked directly with the hotel or through another website, contact us before you travel. In many cases we can move the reservation to an Accor HERA booking and add the benefits to your existing stay. Whether this is possible depends on the hotel and the type of rate booked, as prepaid and non-refundable reservations are not always transferable, so we check every booking individually.
