Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. About ATraveller
ATraveller is a luxury travel consultancy operated by Andrew Willcox, based in the United Kingdom. We are a CLIA and IATA accredited travel agency affiliated with Fora Travel. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our Services
ATraveller provides luxury travel advisory and booking services including:
- Luxury hotel bookings with exclusive preferred partner benefits
- Cruise bookings with CLIA-accredited expertise
- Business class and first class flight bookings
- Points and miles consultancy (advisory only — not regulated financial advice)
- Bespoke full itinerary planning
- Artist and entertainer travel management
Our hotel booking service carries no service fee — you pay the same published rate as booking direct. For points consultancy and complex itinerary planning, fees may apply and will be confirmed in advance.
3. Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a booking. Bookings are only confirmed once all relevant documentation has been provided, any applicable fees agreed, and written confirmation issued by ATraveller.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel supplier (hotel, cruise line, airline), which will be provided at the time of booking.
4. Preferred Partner Benefits
Preferred partner benefits (room upgrades, breakfast, credits, early check-in, late check-out, and welcome amenities) are subject to availability at the time of check-in. ATraveller makes best-efforts to secure all stated benefits but cannot guarantee upgrades or availability-dependent inclusions. All confirmed benefits will be listed in writing at the time of booking.
5. Points & Miles Advisory
ATraveller's points and miles consultancy is advisory in nature. It does not constitute regulated financial advice or credit brokerage. All credit card and financial product decisions remain the client's own responsibility. ATraveller recommends that clients seek independent financial advice before making any credit applications.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and amendment policies are set by the individual travel supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking. ATraveller will act as your advocate with suppliers in the event of cancellation or disruption but cannot override supplier policies.
ATraveller strongly recommends that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, and disruption risks before travel.
7. Limitation of Liability
ATraveller acts as an agent for travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of hotels, cruise lines, airlines, or other third-party suppliers. Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the fees paid to ATraveller for that specific service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, reviews, and structural data — is the property of ATraveller and Andrew Willcox. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
